We procure insurance products for individuals and group policies for organizations. Following a detailed review of current policy and onboarding processes we gain detailed knowledge of our members and their families.

We make sure that out of the thousands of insurance policies that are available, you are getting the right one for you, rather than just going to one company with the biggest name and with the least amount of clarity on what they are insuring.  We search the entire insurance market and can combine multiple insurance products to ensure our members have access to the maximum benefit they may need without excessive premiums.  

We process claims. If a member has paid post-treatment, then we chase the invoices and rebates. Where there are challenges with insurers for coverage, we will endeavour to provide the required evidence or explanations of requirement for coverage.  We are experienced in dealing with insurers and maximizing what they will cover. We also liaise with the facility or provider and ensure they receive the correct authorization. 

For treatments at facilities not covered by the insurer, we pass on discounts to our members so that they are never caused to pay full “self-pay” rates.
